Why Utility Companies use the PhaseSaver
-
Replaces the need for
generators or inverters that are expensive, noisy,
and polluting.
-
They
no longer have to bridge or run shunts for
residential customers who have lost one
of the 120 volt phases to their homes.
-
Improves
public safety by avoiding the need
to run temporary services or bridge customers when a
phase is lost.
How it works
-
The PhazeSaver provides the capability
of supplying 240 volt power from a single 120 volt phase or from a
service with an open neutral and two good phases. It
works on both overhead 120/240 and underground 120/208
systems.
It provides a quick, convenient 15,000 watt (15KVA) source
of 240 volt power from a 120 volt source and a good
neutral.
